About
Cosgrove Electrical is a family electrical business that was
started by Barry and Pam Cosgrove in 1986.
Kevin Cosgrove joined his parents in the business in 1993 after
working for 7 years with Otis Elevators in the
construction industry. He had previously completed
a 4 year electrical fitter mechanic apprenticeship at
the Mater Hospital.
Cosgrove Electrical is a true family business that proudly worked
for several years with father, son and grandson until
Barry retired.
Kevin, who lives at Manly West, has grown the business and has
trained several apprentices including his son. At
present Cosgrove Electrical employs a full time
tradesman Shaun Macdonald who came to the business
through work experiences and then stayed completed 4
year apprenticeship with Cosgrove Electrical.
At present Kevin and Sandra continue to be owner operators.
Sandra oversees office administration.
Presently there are two service vehicles on the road.
Cosgrove Electrical Pty Ltd is a member of the Master Electricans
Australia in Queensland and also belongs to their MEA
Saftey which regulates the safety system. Through MEA
Safety ongoing safety education is conducted for ongoing
safety education for employees.
